Nexitron Monthly Devlog (12/1/25)


Hey everyone! It's been a while since last devlog, but we're back in business and back to working on Chapter Two! Don't give up just yet, cause we're only getting started!

The Plan. ...Again.

Alright, so I wanted to reiterate what the plan is since it's been a while. Nothing much has changed, but here's what the plan for the rest of 2025 and hopping into 2026 is.

  • Develop the entirety of Chapter 2 RPG Portion (with placeholders)
  • Work on 1 level for a trailer to release near the end of December (This is moreso being hopeful, I'm not sure if I'll be able to make a trailer by then).
  • Work on all the art for the RPG Stuff.
  • Work on the levels.
  • Bug test both the levels and the RPG with everything in it.
  • FINISH AND LAUNCH!! (before GTA 6 LOL)

This is basically the plan. Like I said last devlog, the release date isn't planned at the moment, but I have an estimated release window for 2026, I'm hoping to release it by then! The release will be very planned out weeks before hand. I'll decide on a date when development is nearing the "Bug test both the levels and the RPG with everything with it" part of the plan, it all depends on what week and day is uneventful.

When does development start?

Development is planned to start around December 5th or 6th! Gonna be a bit until i can guarantee a definitive day, but rest assured it'll be around that time! I really can't wait to get back into the swing of things again. I've had a lot of ideas for Chapter 2 and 3 spinning around in my head and I cannot wait to get back to work and to put it all together!

I wish I had more to share and discuss, but I won't have anything new to show until hopefully the end of the year! Expect devlogs to happen monthly again up until launch month! I can't wait to share more and show off all the surprises I have planned! See you all soon with more info! And hopefully a trailer to show off...
